14 October 2008

Several days later…..

My daughter Maddie and I went down to Sydney for the Mal Emery ‘s Silent Killer 2008 conference on Internet business. It was a fantastic event with 18 speakers over 3 days. The content was generous and informative. We both wrote page after page of notes even though we knew the Cds were available. I didn’t want to forget anything.

One of the most remarkable things I saw was Sean Roach’s new Enterprise. Rip2It is a fantastic idea that reflects my thinking of how a community would work. I truly allowed myself to be swept along by the speakers and their entertaining presentations. Some things happened (Derek Gehl and Vegemite), that made us laugh so hard we had tears rolling down our cheeks. It didn’t matter that breaks were short because everyone was excited to get back in the room and learn the next.

My muscles were so sore from holding onto the boat. We get so used to hanging onto something so hard for so long, that letting go is more painful that keeping our hands tightly clenched. That is something Paul Blackburn demonstrated to us in Sydney during the Daryl and Andrew Grant, Our Internet Business Conference.

Daryl and Andrew Grant were there in Sydney to present a way of getting started on the internet by building an ebook. They have clear, systematized instructions that assist the people involved in their membership site (OurInternetSecrets.com) everything they need to know in order to get started on several income streams. Both of them are generous with their knowledge and time. Seminars are held regularly in order to hone in on each aspect of creating an online business, the essence of how it is all done.

Mal himself was great, truly a man that knows his emotional direct response marketing. He has so many creative and clever ideas to use to drive customers to any business’s front door.
By the time Sean was finished on Sunday I could feel the neuro-pathways being carved through my brain. It is the oddest sensation!

I have been studying my notes and the material I purchased from Sean ever since we come home. My daughter even stayed home from school just to get some of this down while it was fresh. The opportunities that have been presented are amazing. I want to maintain the forward momentum.

I am looking forward to the next adventure in internet business. It is an exciting and innovative way of creating a passive income. I promise to keep you posted as I progress through the system.

So, here is my questions today………………. Have you had your mind expanded lately? Have you made an effort to learn about something you are passionate or interested in– opened your mind?

See you later !
